We found Charlotte Dog Club and saw that they had a litter of shihtzus that would be available in June 2024. They were so cute, we decided to get two puppies! That was the best decision we have ever made. Everything was first class at CDC. They were so communicative and friendly. They provided so much info and very clear instructions for meals, etc. After we adopted the puppies, the CDC checked in to see how everyone is doing. Edit: Our young adult turning 4 years old tomorrow (Nov 8) but continues to remain a baby for us. Edit: Our young adult turned 3 years old today but will remain a baby for us. Edit: Our dog turned 2 year old today. He is an adult but remains cute as ever. Edit: Our puppy turned 1 year old today. He is all grown up. Amazing experience for the first time dog owner. They answered all the questions patiently. Printed instructions are so well documented. People come from many states. We met family from SC and Georgia who drove all the way to CDC. I would recommend CDC even though it is a bit pricey but then quality comes at a cost. We love our new member to the family. Thank you CDC!

The entire process was quick and easy, and I really appreciated how they allowed me to spend time with the puppies beforehand to make sure it was the perfect fit. We are the happy new parents of our little Sadie, a bishapoo from Charlotte Dog Club (CDC). CDC is a first class organization! The staff was always available to answer our questions and they made great recommendations for easing Sadie into her new home. The puppy health regime is most important at CDC and they make sure that it continues after adoption. The facility and surroundings are beautiful…and spotlessly clean. Thank you CDC for all that you did for us!

Our dog Hazel is almost potty trained within one week, and she is completely crate trained for sleeping. She is happy and healthy and getting into all sorts of mischief. The dog club has reached out a couple of times with some great instructional videos, and to check in on us, which is wonderful. I highly recommend the Charlotte dog club for and anyone who’s looking for a great great dog with great support from the CDC.

From the very first email I sent to the day I picked my fur baby up, the staff was nothing but professional, hospitable and most of all patient! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer whatever questions I had right away! I didn’t realize how much work an 11 week old could be, but the staff not only sent home valuable information that helped guide me through the processes, but even send follow-up emails and phone calls to see if I need anything once Carter came home! This has definitely shown me that they are invested in the overall care of both me and Carter!! I was taken back at how clean the establishment was! Once entering the building, the staff greeted me and even provided refreshments! If you are looking for your next fur baby or like me, your very first! Check the Charlotte Dog Club out! Trust me, you want regret it!!

I don’t typically take the time to write reviews but I was extremely happy with my experience at Charlotte dog club! They are informative, caring, and I’m very impressed with the puppy that I adopted. She came back with a clean bill of health from my vet, and every bit of preparation has been taken to ensure that if anything was wrong, they would make it right. They followed up with me three different times And I also thought that was impressive. I got a sweet little Cavachon Who already knows how to play fetch when I brought her home and has the gist of potty training by going to the door and whining. I will definitely be recommending them as I am a dog groomer in the Virginia area. Definitely worth the drive. Thank you for all you did!
