“The staff at Charlotte Doc Club was very helpful during the adoption process. Even with Covid changing the usual pick up procedures, it was still well set up and memorable. I received a couple of calls the next week or so checking in on our little Toby to make sure he was adjusting to his new home and to see if we had any questions.
