I can’t say enough nice things about the staff! The adoption process was smooth and the environment was welcoming! Our little Biscuit hasn’t been wanting to eat well since we brought him home a week ago and the staff has been so encouraging and supportive with suggestions to whet his appetite and they’ve been going out of their way to check up on him multiple times a day! We were able to appreciate an improvement in his appetite for the first time yesterday and they celebrated alongside us!
